Anchor link cuts of top of webpage

I made an anchor-link named “facebook” in Row ID. But when link is clicked the top of the webpage is cut..

Please read my question before answering. The screenshot you have taken show you didnt use the link I provided in the post above. The problem only appears when an anchor link i used.

Hi,

You can try using the code below and place it in Theme panel -> Custom CSS area.

.page-id-2528 #td-outer-wrap {
overflow: -webkit-paged-y;
}

It worked, but when the page is displayed i mobile view det hole page is blank…!

Unfortunately, I cannot recreate your problem on the website, sorry! I have checked your website on mobile but I did not see that anchor link through your main menu items. How you have tested to see that problem? Provide more details and screenshots with this problem so we can identify it.
