Android Galaxy S4 – red and blue bars appearing

Hi,

I am testing my site: http://athletecompound.com/ on my android Galaxy S4 but am seeing blue and red bars at the top ( http://screencast.com/t/Scjan4u3q )

I have tested the site on the iphone and it looks fine however.

I have tested this as well on online android simulations but they look fine, however on my physical device I am seeing the blue/red bars.

Any ideas why this is happening?

hi,

I have checked your site trying to recreate this using an galaxy s4 and others and didn’t found any issue like the one you have mentioned.
Do you still have this issue?
Please let me know! If you still have this issue please try to deactivate all plugins and check again for this as this may be due to a plugin’s css which may overwrite the theme’s css.

Hi,

Thanks for your response. I did deactivate all plugins and the blue line disappeared. However the extra red bar is still appearing after deactivating all plugins. Do you have any other ideas?

Hi,

Not sure, as I can’t recreate this. I have tested your site on Samsung Galaxy S4 and everything looked good and found no issue similar to what you described.
The red bar could appear due to the red background set fro the menu. You could test this by removing the background color or changing it and check again if something changes while doing this.
