I could not continue my template.
1. I wrote:
Buy a WordPress theme called newsmag, and install it on my localhost (xampp), the Revolution Slider plugin appears installed but when I go to activate then a message appears on the front end: “Revolution Slider Error: Slider alias With animals_slider not found. ”
I have come a long way in the contents of the subject and I’m late on the matter that comment.
My request is: what should I do again to solve this specific problem.?

3. Proce as saying. Indeed the animals_slider file was found and upload it from WP but a message appears:
Could not decompress the package. No plugins found.
Failure to install the plugin.
When I look for file browser, animals_slider the compressed folder contains:
dynamic-captions.css size 541
slider_export.txt size 33,984
static-caption.css size 0
I must do again?

Best to unzip the folder on local PC and upload to the plugin folder where indicated.

Please maka sure that you updated Revolution Slider plugin according with our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-install-revolution-slider-v5/ clear all caches then test the site again.
