Animated GIF don't loop

Hi,

My website (http://vaniobossle.com/) has an animated gif in header ad. On mobile, it works normally.
However, on the desktop, it performs the animation only once and stops, not restarting the looping.

Can you help me with this?

Actually set rotate forever in photoshop solved the problem.
