when i update theme version does the data and style in my theme was lose or not? and how should i do?

We recommend a full backup before any update – https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Backups
The theme and wordpress settings should not be affected by the update. Only if you have custom modifications to the theme files you will need to re add them as all the theme files are overwritten.
