Hi,

Appearance – Customize generate a code as given below:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_detect_encoding() in /home/hotelfd9/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3083

Please advise.

Hello sajeev,

It seems to have an error which can be caused by your untested plugins used by you or because of improper installation. Please try to disable all of the untested plugins, leave just Visual Composer to be active, clear all your caches, purge CDN files and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. If the problem is still there, you should make a new clean install from scratch via FTP and check the results. I have tested on my side and everything seems to work as properly.
