Hi,
i add in header.php in the <head> section:
<meta name=”apple-itunes-app” content=”app-id=123456789”>
but it doesn’t work.
Can please help me with this? Thank you very much!!

Unfortunately, this problem is not come from our theme, sorry! There you should add this meta tag but in order to achieve best results, ensure that you have added the right information according to this official topic here ->

Notice that we do not make any tests in this regard and we do not know if this will work or not, sorry! You should try it yourself.
