I’m using Newspaper9 Theme with GeoDirectory plugin and it has created a problem. Newspaper theme has no option to apply a sidebar on custom post type archive pages. GeoDirectory works with dynamic pages that are treated as archive pages for custom post types.
Can you please provide hook to filter sidebars similar to the compatibility you’ve added for woocommerce & bbpress? Or provide a solution for accomplishing this?

The theme has indeed templates for woocommerce, bbpress, and all the wordpress templates. For these sidebars can be set. For custom post types and taxonomies there are settings

We haven’t made tests with this plugin unfortunately, can’t say how it could be done.
