I have a problem with post count. Our website is bilingual; English and Chinese.
As you can see in my http://sciencecareer.asia/category/scholarships/ there are 21 posts. And in the Chinese http://sciencecareer.asia/zh-hans/category/%E5%A5%96%E5%AD%A6%E9%87%91/ there are also the same, 21 posts.
However, when using phone it only load 10 posts and does not load the remaining 11 scholarship post. This happened only for Chinese translation, the English version is working fine.
You can test by using desktop and smartphone. Please help.

I have checked your website and I saw that your Chinese page displays 10 posts and on mobile displays the same 10 posts. It seems to be displayed the same articles for the both screens (desktop and mobile).

That is impossible. There are actually 21 posts for Scholarship category. Attached is the archive screenshot of all post in Scholarship category for desktop version:

I believe there is something wrong with PAGINATION STYLE in LAYOUT SETTING under CATEGORIES menu. I have change the setting to be “Normal Pagination” instead of “Infinite Loading + Load More” OR “Infinite Loading”.
“Infinite Loading + Load More” OR “Infinite Loading” will not work if the posts are more than 10 post.

I have checked your source page, and I notice that you are using some untested plugins which can interact with the theme core file and which can break the js or theme. To be safe, please try to disable all of the untested plugins, leave just Visual Composer to be active, clear all your caches, purge CDN files and check the Chinese category page and check if the Load More button work or not.
