You will need to find a plugin for this as the theme has no hyphenation options. Unfortunately we cannot recommend any as we have not tested hyphenation plugins.

Yes, of course! The main class that holds the text area in a post is td-post-content You can try to add it into the plugin or maybe you need to be more precise on the css selection and add .td-post-content p
