We’d like to know the optimum dimensions (in pixels) of the article image for the various post templates.
For example, a smaller-size image is sufficient for some post templates, while for other templates, a larger image is needed.
Have the recommended image dimensions for the different templates been specified?

Hello,
Unfortunately there is no recommended image size. Our theme creates thumbnails for each instance of the images so a bigger image usually provides the best results. If the space on your site is limited you can opt for an size of around 1024×768
