How can we add this php line of code into the “Article inline ad” box? <?php echo $td_mod_single->related_posts();?>
We are trying to get the SIMILAR ARTICLES to display in the posts after the 3rd paragraph. (restyled to be smaller with CSS)
Or would there be a better way of accomplishing this?

Unfortunately you can’t use php code in the ad field, you would have to edit the td_module_blog file and add a condition for this in the get_content() function which contains the cases for the inline ads: http://screencast.com/t/rkxfuR6v
