I have one issue. While using the featured video, the post does not show the article top ad after the post title. Instead it comes after the featured video. So, after the video i get two ads together, article top and article bottom ad.
Is there a way that I can make the article top ad to appear right after the title instead of after the video. The ad are coming in correct order for posts where i do not use the featured video option.
I use the default post template.

The article top ad and article bottom ad is the same for video or non-video post templates. If your post content is empty they will be one under the other. If you have such posts with no content except for the featured image/video, then we suggest you only use one of these ads, not both.
