Please note that blocks display differently, depending on the row layout. For example a block may display three modules on a full row, and two modules in a different row setting. Here you can see how all the blocks look in all layouts

I have browsed the website, but I do not see any problem with the homepage, category pages, post pages, etc.
Maybe I am misunderstanding the issue.
