Hello
where are we able to control how many posts under one category will be shown and then appear “next page” after that?

Hi,
The next/prev pagination can be used only on blocks. On category page can be set normal pagination(numeric), infinite load and infinite load + load more. You can control the number of the articles from WP Settings – http://screencast.com/t/1gWBOZWp
