In the post I use several tags and I would like that in “Related Post” first display the post with “video” and then the standard format.
Is there any CSS code to accomplish this.
In the post “video” format, always I use this tag “1”, thanks to this appear in “related post” videos.

The related articles have an option to filter them by tag that can be found here: http://screencast.com/t/PHDHKwgUtkLY
This will grab the posts with the same tag, but there is no such functionality as you describe. Posts are treated in the same way. There is no priority for a post format or the other. Sorry.3
