1) You can use the plugin shortcode to insert them manually in the post template you wish. Simply place the below code in the file that corresponds to the template you use. The default is loop_single, post template 1 is loop_single 1…etc: http://screencast.com/t/JUIC0QBt3s

2) This issue is known and is on our list of fixes. Two playlist elements do not work on the same page.

All the categories should display in the ajax filter if it is set to display categories and none of them are excluded. In the ajax filter tabs, make sure the filter by categories is selected: http://screencast.com/t/e5x56t1kg
Also if you have ID’s placed in the id filter box, then only those categories will be displayed.
If this is not the case, you can also disable all your plugins except visual composer to rule out a plugin conflict.
