On the mobile version of my website I blocks (made with visual composer) which are superimposed on each other, I disabled all plugins of my website to activate one by one without any plugin error disappears on the mobile, visual activation compose first error appears directly. I use version 7.4 which is the latest and a week ago that this error appeared.

Please try to clear all your caches, server cache (if you do not have any access to this you will have to request it to your hosting provider and clear it), purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results.
