Attempted to add a pixel into the header and lost mobile web formatting

I removed the pixels, but it didn’t revert back to the mobile/tablet format. Using newsmag 4.2 on wwww.watchfantom.com

Unfortunately, I do not exactly understand what do you mean by adding a pixel to the header, sorry! Please provide more details about this so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.
