There is a major issue with the prebuilt Retro Blog templet. It shows authors username with a URL in the page source.

Please provide more details about what you mean. If there is an author, it is normal to have a URL.

The URL is showing the username of the author which is used to login to the website. That shouldn’t be the case. Slug edit plugin fixes the problem but these URLs should be removed or hidden from the source code.
