I got this message when I visit my site without login, what it mean?

@LastMan Have you used this custom templates: http://screencast.com/t/b5G4yXaNgK as this is could cause it.
Please let me know and if so please make sure you remove the those blocks and sliders added using that custom templates and add it again using the page builder.

Hi,

Please make sure you disable the plugins and empty cache then check again as this may came from a plugin.

I did as your recommend. Disable plugin and clear homepage builder and also clear cache.
It still show “Authentication Required” Username and Password.
It shown when I am on mobile device and try to visit post.

Plz help me…

Hi,

I have checked your site and did found the “authentication request” you’ve mentioned: http://screencast.com/t/ibhhkhw0WpRO and seems that this could be due to a server configuration so please make sure you check that also.
