Your theme is creating a link to domain.com/author in each post which is resulting 404 pages. Google webmasters has shown this to me. I have also verified it by source code.

Hi,
This is the link to the author of the post used in the author box section which you have disabled form your posts.
The issue is that somehow the URL generated is incomplete as it doesn’t gets the author of the post right.
You can try to re-save your permalinks structure and also make sure your code looks like this: http://screencast.com/t/TcweywatDOL
If you don’t need the author box at all you can remove it and so the URL will not be added to the page.
