Hi there,
I’m experiencing an issue where my authors are not able to access their profiles to update their user information, add their gravatar image, and bio information. When they login, they are only seeing a basic subscriber account and the dashboard is not showing up.
I’m also having trouble finding where to edit my user information to customize access for authors, subscribers, etc. When I go into my user menu, there is not user edit option. Where can I find this?

I did a test, and I can edit those details https://i.imgur.com/bVmxQvS.png; please let me know what plugin you use. Maybe you have a plugin conflict.
