Hello! I would like to add an extra field to the author boxes. For example, I would like to add the location of each author below their name. Is the “Extra Class” field the place to do this? I see the instructions read: “Style particular content element differently – add a class name and refer to it in custom CSS.” What is the code to do this in custom CSS? Thanks for your help!

Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to do this, sorry! Notice that is not a simple task and if you are not aware to do this through the code, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom services for the moment, sorry!
