We have updated the theme up to 11.4.1.
And after that there are some issues with appearance of the author’s dropdown list in the post’s edit happened.
We need to have an ability to change the author of the post. It’s important according author’s copyright. The dropdown list is emplty right now in the Classic Editor, on the Gutenberg Editor its working. Please fix it.
Second question:
We have different errors after every update of the theme – how it’s critical to skip some updates?

I just checked and for me works to set the author using Classic editor -> https://i.imgur.com/XsLLyFH.png, so please make sure you don’t have a plugin conflict.
Also, I recommend that for future updates when you want to do them, make the update with only tagDiv plugins activated during the update process, and deactivate the other plugins.
There is a possibility that some plugins may interfere with the theme update process.

Hi! I have checked all plugins but didnt find any conflict.
Could you look through our admin panel?
“post-new.php:1 Unchecked runtime.lastError: The message port closed before a response was received.”
The error appeared in dev console on the admin page.
