I kind have the same problem, it doesnt show up on any platform..
Even though I choose to show Author info on category pages, it takes no effect.. You can see it on below SS..

This is different – I’m calling for author to show in Flex Block 1 preview. It used to but doesn’t anymore (in iPad Portrait – in other viewports it shows ok). So I suspect a bug or corruption in my theme. Waiting advice from support.

Hi Vlad – sorry, yes, I replaced the Flex Box 1 excerpt in that position with column text. However, it would be good to know for the future. I assume the problem may be some corruption in my software. The author used to appear but one day just disappeared.
Vlad – I have tested this element in another position and author is showing ok in iPad Portrait, so it must have been a glitch or cache problem. Appears solved, thanks.
