I would like to create an author page similar to the Team Member element. How can I accomplish this so the text comes through, I couldn’t accomplish with the author element that was as attractive as the Team Member one.

Hi,

You can import one of the predefined author templates (and modify it if needed) or build your own author template

If you decide to build your own you can use any of the composer elements. The team member element can be placed in author page templates, use it if you want to. Style and design it how you like. Please correct me if I misunderstand something.

We want all of our authors to come through in a better look than this – http://dev.seeitmarket.com/contributors-2/.

Any way we can do a grid or something to make this page look better?

Besides the author or authors box, there would be no other elements that can display authors specifically. These are somewhat simple, maybe there will be some improvements made by us in the future in this matter. But for the moment there are no plans to do so, sorry for the inconvenience.
Maybe you can try some plugins that can display a more advanced authors box, and make tests with them.
