Hi,
How to increase the article count in author page

Like now it showing 8 articles, I want to reduce the pagination number and want to increase the article number on the first page.

The number of items on each index is controlled by WordPress under the settings > reading > number of posts per page.
Or, you could possibly create a custom loop on the template for the author page.
