For a page that features all the authors of the blog I use a default page with visual builder and put a full row with the author box.
On the page though it displays the author only with name, link and image where I want it to display description and social media icons as well. Just like in the post itself or like on an individual author page.
I can’t seem to find the code. The author box is only used on single author, and single post holds another one, but I can’t find the one that puts together this author boxes.
Please let me know where I can find the files and how I can duplicate the existing function to replace this one? Thank you!
You must have not seen I commented there as well ?
I went to search through the entire forum already, this is not my issue, this is not the same question or goal and so I have not yet found an answer.
Which is why I opened the topic.
Please read my question, it’s not the same as the other topic and I hope you can help with this one like you did with the other.
Hi,
Unfortunately we cannot offer custom work anymore. We would have gladly made it for you but we work very hard on the updates and features for all the users. You can always get a freelancer from sites like: http://www.microlancer.com/
Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and we will give you the money back.
Thanks!
Nadia
I think there are plugins that allow you to more easily build an “all authors on one page” loop if you’re trying to do that.

I think you’re a bit off in presuming that folks here are going to help you develop something outside what the theme is designed to do, and then have an attitude about it. Learning to code and customize WordPress is often trial and error, based on research and feedback. Insulting the theme support folk for not having the time to develop code for you is a bit rude. Theme works awesome based on the demo found on themeforest, and all the folks using it – custom hacks are not included in the price — hiring a developer for one hour can cost more than the total cost of this theme, so expecting the theme developers to do MORE and MORE and MORE free customizations at some point is unrealistic. And there are a lot of folks here who *do* try to share expertise and experiences. Hopefully you’ll fare better elsewhere.
(This is only my opinion. I do not work for, nor have any financial involvement with tagDiv.)
Hey Christopher,
I will indeed look into plugins or hiring someone.
I know I am not being friendly up here, and that is not based on just this topic. After buying the theme I stumbled across a few difficulties and opened a few topics here for the questions I had. Some of them included; the hover over on my menu stays blue, how can I change the color? To my experience, this is a very basic feature I believe every premium theme should have and make easy accessible. I did all the theme colors, tried custom CSS and even modify the original stylesheet but none of the changes came through. As a few other issues such as centering the menu and having double display of categories.
I do not ask them to develop a function, only to give me a pointer into what file I should look into if I want to change the author boxes. I couldn’t find it and since they build the theme, I would assume they would know naturally.
Anyway I appreciate your help as any help from anybody here. I was just very disappointed in the support as all of my topics are simple questions but got this same reply of not doing custom work. My expectations, based on previous experiences with other sellers on ThemeForest, were set too high.
I’m sure I’ll work out the issues at some point and will be around in the forum to discuss other difficulties. Have a good day everyone!
