Hi,
Is it possible to have separate page with all authors list? E.g. authors name/avatar and some anonses of his/her posts etc. Is it possible to make this with builder/shortcodes?

Yes, you can create a brand new page and edit it with tagDiv Composer and add a list made out of author boxes: https://www.screencast.com/t/ytW9a1rE0
