Google Ad Sense has a new auto ad feature which requires code to be inserted into the header of the page. I see in the custom code section of the theme panel the custom html sections says it is added at the end of the page. How can I add it to the header? Do I have to modify each page/post or is there ONE place I can put the code that will work on all pages? I do not want it to show up on the home page.

No you do not have to edit each page. You can simply use this section of the theme panel which will place the code automatically: https://www.screencast.com/t/ELBtbXZAo
