Are you sure that it is the loading speed because the tooltips told me that it is:
“The percent from the page to load before the next post start loading”
which I am quite sure it’s not mean the speed of loading next post but it’s the percent of the current page that will trigger to load next post?
or I misunderstood something?

You can test that, if you set a higher number you will see that the loading of the next post will take longer. You can use numbers from 1 to 100 only.
