Auto publish to social media

Hello,

I am looking for a way to automatically share new content to social media accounts. So far, I found 2 options:
* Jetpack’s Publicize
* Microblog Poster

Both are free. Jetpack’s I trust, but it also comes with a lot of other stuff that I don’t really need.
Microblog Poster is a new plugin that might cause incompatibilities.

My questions:
1. Is it possible to activate just Publicize from Jetpack? Does it create any conflicts? Couldn’t find a tutorial here.
2. Anyone heard/tested Microblog Poster ?
3. Other suggestions?

Best to check the Jetpack forums and support site; it’s not made by nor supported by the theme and works with any theme out there, as Jetpack is made by the same people who make WordPress.

Some kind soul here might have some feedback. We had no success using either as they either had bugs or impacted site speed. But everybody has different needs.

Ideally – simply try one out and see how it works for your purposes.
