Hi, I can’t work out how to automatically post / upload my website content to Instagram.
Can someone help please!

Hi,
The theme itself does not have such a feature, to automatically post on Instagram. Maybe you can search online and find a plugin that could do that for you.
I cannot make any recommendations, we have not tested such plugins with the theme unfortunately. Maybe some other users can share their recommendations.
