Automatic adsense ads in head

Hello
I am want to install automatic adsense ads. At the site of adsense written that I need to insert simple code “between <head> and </head> at yours site”. How to do that?

That code needs to be paste in Theme Panel – Ads – Header Ads as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-ads-adsense/
