Automatic update not working

I’ve just tried to run the automatic update in the Envato WordPress Toolkit to move from 4.2 to 4.2.2 but I just get a blank screen

FYI, that plugin has never worked properly, and is not recommended by most theme developers. See the docs on this site on how to update the theme.

Cheers Christopher, it had worked previously which is why I flagged it up.

I’ve removed the Envato WordPress Toolkit from my site and it has had the added bonus of speeding it up quite dramatically 🙂

Sad the envato plug in is not working anymore. It had worked great for me before.

I am also having trouble updating to 4.2.2 (Messing around in ftp is always scary for a newbie like me — still learning). 🙂

Please use this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme/
Will work just fine only remember to make a backup of your current theme files and then try.
