We have a question regarding the slider.
We added an element slider on the homepage, however, once we add the seconds for the autoplay feature, the website becomes unresponsive; otherwise, the slider works fine.
Can you please help us in solving this issue?

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

We tried deactivating all of the plugins, however this did not solve the issue.
Also, please be informed that this is with regards to the mobile version.

Can you please explain what you mean by “mobile theme”?
If this is with regards to the “tagDiv Mobile Theme” plugin, we did not use it.
The website was created to be responsive in both desktop and mobile version, and we’ve already added a slider to the mobile view. Our concern is that once seconds for automatic movement are added to the slider on mobile view, the desktop view becomes unresponsive.
However, if the automatic slider does not work, what are the options for this element to work and if there are any bugs how can we fix it?

Hi, I run into the exact same issue. When hiding the slider on desktop and displaying it on mobile it will make the desktop site unresponsive. This is only when the slider is set to autoplay. Is there a fix available?

I am unable to provide admin access and we run on special high traffic hosting which does not have Cpanel. However, you should be able to reproduce this issue yourself:
1. add slider
2. enable autoplay slides after x seconds
3. hide slider element on desktop and tablet sizes
4. visit desktop page
5. desktop page freezes

I have followed all of your steps and on our side there is no issue with it. It works on our side.
Have you tried removing the slider completely and re-add it ?
