Hello,
my problem is the following.
I have an author box in my sidebar with two authors. If i’m on a regular page there will only be shown the first avatar. If i’m on a blog article there will be shown none avatar.
Both avatar pictures are realized with the WP User Avatar plugin.
Can you please help me.

But you can also look on all other pages at this blog.
Hello,
This is a strange issue. Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
Hi,
This is a strange issue, I could not say how the Woocommerce plugin could be affecting the user avatars. From what I see in the homepage the WP user avatar is called for the first author, and Gravatar for the second. While on the post page both are Gravatar.
Double check the users avatar configuration set in the WordPress settings

Hello,
i’ve set both author avatar pictures with the WP User Avatar plugin. If i disable the Woocommerce plugin, both author avatar pictures will be shown and all pages works fine. So it must be the Woocommerce plugin.
Shall i disable it for you, so you can see it by your own?
Best regards.
Hi,
I have tested the WP User Avatar plugin while having Woocommerce active. I used the same authors box element

There is no problem in my tests. The user can set an image using User avatar settings
– https://www.screencast.com/t/ktDaVz14frN
And it is displayed regardless of Woocommerce being active

That is how I tested, everything seems to work properly.
Thanks
