Back end post settings

Is there a tutorial on how to rearrange the items in the back end right side column post settings ie set featured image moved to the top of section from lower down upsets client, how do I move that back.

in old days with classic editor active, you can just drag items to rearrange …with gutenberg editor active i think you have to go to three dots to efit appearance. See wordpress docs, not specific to theme.

Hello, Thank you for your quick reply, Yes I saw those but the featured image and title at top freaked out the customer since they were lower in list. Are those handles the only things that will move?
