Backend Blank Screen

Hi,

When updating from 6.3 to 6.3.2 the backend goes blank.

When I put back the 6.3 files, it worked fine.
I discovered that when the updated file includes\td_config.php is placed, then the backend goes blank.

P.S. Its not plugin related.
I tried to change the folder name of every plugin from “mypluginname” to “mypluginname-disabled”.
However the system continued to show blank screen at the backend as long as the version 6.3.2 of td_config.php file was on my server.

Hi, I need to mention an additional file.

1) includes\td_config.php
2) includes\wp_booster\td_wp_booster_functions.php

When these two files are with the old “6.3” version, the backend shows, if I put the updated version for any of these TWO files, I get the blank screen.

All other updated and new files (of the 6.3.2 patch) don’t affect the backend from showing up.

I don’t use the theme speedbooster, because it’s not stable and make issues with my site…did you try to turn of the speedbooter plugin and see if that was the issue..

It can also be a memory issue that giving you the Backend Blank Screen…

its wp_booster not speedbooster, speedbooster is plugin with version 4.1, wp_booster is version 3.1 and is included in the theme core files.

For now, I put the patch excluding the wp_booster patch files, leaving it to prior version 3.0. Please tagdiv or anyone help with this!

FIXED IT….

For some reason a file or two might have been changed…. I simply delete the wp_booster folder and instead of patching it, I copied a full version of it from the zip that contains the full template.

Then it worked… I’m gonna research for file differences, spot where this strange error was, and if related to tagdiv (thus not my nooby mistake), I’ll post here the results…
