backend frozen

Hi, suddenly the back end has gone frozen, where I can’t go to any sections to make updates on the theme panel.
what is causing this?

Hi,

Please disable all your plugins except Visual Composer and see if the problem persist. Also I suggest to check the System Status section and increase those parameters to at least the recommended values – http://screencast.com/t/DbRBITkb – https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
