Is the background ad function responsive? I am having a background ad designed but I am having difficulty working out where to place logos and text on background ad design.
When I check it on different monitors the placement of text/logo seems to be off the screen.
Can you advise asap?
Actually, it looks like the clickable skin background has a problem with Apple Retina displays. Can you advise if there is something we can do? Urgent!
I hope there is a solution. If not, is it possible to stop the background from displaying on Apple devices completely?

Please notice that our Background Click Ad behaves like a normal background-image with the desired URL as a click. Please check the Background section from Theme panel->Background section, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/FSgAw8rsX and from there you can set the position of your background. Also, as you can see, the background is not displayed to mobile devices because the display is too short to show the background and I do not understand why you want to hide this option for mobile devices.
If is not what you mean, please provide more details about what you want to achieve. Also, please provide some useful screenshot so I can understand what you mean and also, so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.

Unfortunately, our theme does not have such an option to use side banners for your click ads, sorry! Please notice that the background image is responsive but this image will be cropped from center to top and the margins will be cropped. If you want to use the side banners for your ads, I recommend you to use Adrotate plugin and try to implement this for your side because this type of plugin has this option. Many of our customers have used this plugin and were satisfied to plugin’s functionalities.
Please notice that if you want to display more levels in our theme and you are not aware of the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide customization services at the moment, sorry!
