hello Guys, we are facing issue with background click ad, its not clicking.. eventho i have added link to it directly. but still not doint anything.. all the ads are fine but this one no clicking trought. do you lnow what could cause the problem? we need to get this fixed asap as we have a huge client with long term contracts.. please let me know.. http://www.electropiknik.cz
it works when we add link directly to the box within theme option http://screencast.com/t/jY8hjVLI, but we need to get script in to the background, just like every other ads on the web. is it possible to make the background ad same as all the others? when we use script it show the image but link doesnt work.

The theme wasn’t designed to runs scripts for background ad and to achieve that you will need custom modification for theme’s ad system. I’ve added this on our feature request list and if we decide to improve the ad system will consider it. For the moment I cannot provide a quick solution so if you need this my advice is to look for a developer from sites like http://studio.envato.com/ to do it for you as we cannot offer any type of custom work, sorry.

Hello, we finally fixed that susing google analytics links.. hiowever right now we have isssue that background is clickable eventho no add is displayed. do you know how to fix this? thank you for your help.

I am not sure what you mean, do you want to remove the background ad? If so try to remove the code which generate the ads, deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches and test again. I don’t know what links you added to display background ad and what result should return, so please provide more details if you still have this issue and maybe I can provide a more accurate answer.

Hello thank oyu for your promt reply. The issue we are facing is that the background add is propmted to not show to users who alredy visited the website. that works fine, however the background add when disappear there is white background whi is ok but its still clickable.. we use script to display the add ad google url which was added within the theme panel to make the add clickable.

If you added the link in theme’s spot for background ad: http://screencast.com/t/OgYIKsF1BCW every time when a user visit the site and click on the background will be redirected at that url. To make the background ad available only for users which visit the site for the first time, you need to make some custom changes in theme’s ads system and unfortunately we cannot offer any type of custom work at this moment as we work hard on the development, updates, fixes and support. You can always get a freelancer from sites like: http://studio.envato.com/ if you don’t know how to do it yourself.
