Background Click Ad Not Working

Hello, I have following all of the appropriate steps and placed a background ad on my homepage and added the links in the ads section and it is not working. There is no sign that a link is present at all. Please advise. http://www.mountainexpressmagazine.com

Hello blamprou,

Please update the theme to the latest version of it which is 8.5.1, clear all the caches and remove all of the untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of problems with the theme. -> https://www.screencast.com/t/eokp0hQG
