Hi,
You can change the background of that area using tagDiv Composer, select that area and check in style section -> https://www.screencast.com/t/HKE2Sf0NQ3yp also if that section is from header you an use the header manager or heck the settings from theme panel -> https://www.screencast.com/t/I0wiZgaVp6ai
