Background doesn't scroll & Categories

Hi again;

I do all is documented like is written:

with this background image

BUT, it doesn’t scroll (homepage) like you can see in this two pictures:

Help !!!

And another BIG question, how to change categories names ?

I find out for categories for the posts not for the menus. Thanks in advance and good sunday.

Hi,
Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. Then set your background to scroll and test again. There could be a plugin conflict affecting it.
