Hi Team,
1) The background image loads only as long as I am logged in to WordPress; as soon as I log out (or load the page on another browser, the div class “backstretch” is not loaded, and the background image does not load.
What gives?

a) Workaround ->
Use the Tools menu from CSSHero to “View as Unlogged”, and add the background image and settings as per screenshot below:
b) But why is not configuring the background image within Newsletter settings enough for it to show for logged and unlogged?
Is this normal behaviour?

Hi thahorse, usually when the settings you made and you an see only when you are login, then in most cases the problem is from cache plugins, please make a test and disable all non theme plugins and try agin.
