Background image not working just in admin

Hello,

We wanted to chage the header background, but it is only visible in the admin area.

If you see it in incognito mode, no background there.

Very wierd. I tried to disable cache plugins, cleared, flushed all cache with no result.

I also updated the theme.

In admin the backgrounds are perfect. But just if you log in.

Hi,

That is unusual. So you set a background image for the header, and it only appears when logged in as admin. Sounds like e caching or CDN issue, but if you tried clearing them that may not be the case.

You could try deactivating all plugins except theme plugins and check again. If there is still a problem we could take a look. Send us admin login by email at contact@tagdiv.com and we will investigate. Include a link to this topic in the email.
