Background image doesn't get resized on the zoom

Hi,
I’ve added a background image to my wordpress site with Newsmag theme (http://352.be7.myftpupload.com/).
I’m trying, with no success, to make the background image resizable when you zoom-in/zoom-out the site page. The site page correctly resizes on the zoom but the background image remains to its original size, so that it doesn’t fit the new zoomed page size. How I can manage the background image auto-resize?

… I forgot to say that I’d like to scroll the site page and not to have a “fixed” background image. Therefore, I’d like to have a background image that could be auto-resized on browser page resize event and also the site page could be scrolled indipendetly from the background image which, rather, remains “freezed” in its position.
I don’t know if it is possible or not.

Hello gmaio,

If you want to set you background as scroll one and auto-resize, please changes this from Theme panel->Background, like this: http://screencast.com/t/1MaFRXEgkm – http://screencast.com/t/RXvuH4DIP .

May be I didn’t try only that combination of settings 🙂
