Hi if you take a look at my site here: http://www.flavourmag.co.uk You will see then when I place a background image on my site, the left hand side of the site has white space missing and the website isn’t alined properly.
Anyone know how to fix this problem?
Hi
This seams to be a css issue. Please make sure that you updated the theme according with our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/ deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches and test again
Let me know how it goes.
Thanks!
Hi Andrei,
We have updated the theme and the background image is doing the same thing.
Any ideas how to fix this?
Regards
Hi
The background image is not added by the theme as the backstretch class is missing from page source. Try to deactivate deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches and test again.
Let us know how it goes and if you still can’t manage to solve this issue please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your login credentials and we will inspect this issue as soon as possible, also include a link to this topic.
Thanks!
HI Andrei,
Can you confirm if the backstretch class is compatible with click able backgrounds? As when we add that class in the theme panel comes up with the message that it doesn’t support click able backgrounds.
Hi
The theme support background ads, you can read more about this in our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-background-ads/
However if you’re using a plugin or a custom code which generate the background ad, there might be a chance to appear some conflicts. Checking your site I’ve noticed that the background image works fine now. If you stil have any issue please provide more details about this so I can inspect it and get back to you with a more accurate answer.
Thanks!
Hi,
No its not working properly at the moment. Well the background IS working but the nav doesn’t line up with the topbox and the left right padding on the top box is off.
I’ve also noticed that the side doesn’t line up correctly when using a mobile phone to view the site…
I really need to get this sorted. What do I need to send you in order to check this?
